The events were held within the framework of the Global Money Week 2024

This year TASCOMBANK joined the financial literacy initiative within the framework of Global Money Week 2024. Starting from the 18th until the 23d of March, the bank arranged the educational events at schools, lyceums, gymnasiums and school-children of employees of TASCOMBANK JSC. 

During the lessons, the pupils got to know how to use the bank payment cards, what kind of important information they store, what payment systems there are, what the difference between physical and virtual card is, what credits are and how they work and a lot of other useful information. For example, among the events this year there were lectures “Safe settlements: how to secure one’s money?” and “Save for your dream”.

This became the social mission that positively influenced the recovery of the country and support of financial literacy. Thanks to such lectures, experts develop the financial consciousness of the youth, form necessary knowledge, behavior and attitude required for considered financial decisions. 

Financial lessons are being held within the framework of the Global Money Week 2024. This is annual campaign of financial literacy that is being held in more than 100 countries all over the world. The aim of the campaign coordinated in Ukraine by the National Bank of Ukraine is to underline the importance of financial literacy of the young people to be able to get the necessary skills as early as possible and to receive the necessary knowledge and to take considered financial decisions.
