Support of business continuity

  • During the whole period of war, TASCOMBANK did not stop its operational activity. All payments are being processed 24/7, thus ensuring the stability of financial settlements of the clients.
  • As of January 2026, due to combat actions 7 branches of the Bank were closed or temporarily stopped their operation. Such decisions are taken exclusively due to security reasons and in favor of interests of the clients and employees. In case of damage of the Bank’s branches in the result of shelling, the Bank supports the principle: not to close – restore.

  • Following this approach, in 2025 the Bank restored the branch№34 in Zaporizhzhya.

  • As of April 2026, the branch network of TASCOMBANK counts 85 branches.
  • TASCOMBANK is among the list of the systemically important banks of Ukraine and complies with the strict requirements of the NBU in terms of the financial stability, that guarantees the sufficient reserve capacity under military risks conditions.

  • Trust of clients is confirmed by the financial results: the Bank ranks among TOP-5 banks in terms of legal entities funds attraction increase. According to the results of 2025, the assets overcame 50 milliard UAH (+34%) and profit made up more than 1 milliard UAH. TASCOMBANK ranks among TOP-15 financial institutions of Ukraine.

Support of Clients

  • Starting from the first days of the full-fledged invasion, TASCOMBANK concentrated on the ensuring of the financial stability of clients and services functioning continuity.
  • In 2022 the repayment holidays were introduced and fines were cancelled, these decisions allowed clients to adapt to new conditions.
  • Financing of the energy sector, agriculture, retail business and logistics did not stop at the beginning of war, so this contributed to stability of goods and services supply. Regardless the risks increase, the Bank continued and continues granting loans to enterprises that ensure employment of population and functioning of the critical sectors of economy.
  • To provide clients comfort, the Bank combines digital and physical servicing channels. Mobile application TAS2U and branch network guarantee constant access to services.

  • TASCOMBANK is the participant of the program Power Banking and ensures operation during black outs.

  • The Bank also participates in the state programs “yeOselya”, “yeVidnovlennya” and “Available factoring”.

Reinforcement of energy stability of communities

Separate strategic stream of TASCOMBANK activity is financing of projects aimed at energy stability of communities. Under conditions of regular attacks onto energy infrastructure, the Bank considers such initiatives as investment into the security of regions. Within the program “Municipal stability”, the Bank finances modernization of the local energy supply systems. The recent project financed within the program was aimed at improvement of the energy infrastructure of Sumy, which allowed improving the energy supply of the community.

Support and development of the youth

TASCOMBANK systemically invests into forming of the new generation of the specialists. The Bank cooperates with more than 30 educational establishments. In 2025 73 students underwent practice, 20 of them joined the TASCOMBANK team. Except for the professional skills, the Bank develops responsibility and leadership of the youth. Additional attention was dedicated to the financial literacy of children and teenagers via own programs developed by the Training Center team of TASCOMBANK. TASCOMBANK is permanent participant of the financial literacy initiatives of the NBU (Global Money Week, Ukrainian financial literacy testing, etc.)

Support of the Ukrainian sports

TASCOMBANK cooperates with the national sports federations and supports young athletes. The Bank is the official partner of the youth teams of basketball, judo, soccer and Pereloma Fight Academy club (the members of which are children of the low-income families). Support of sports contributes to formation of the healthy nation, youth development and improvement of the international sports image of Ukraine.

This considerable and systemic work was relevantly awarded by the victory in the competition of the social initiatives “Responsible Country 4.0” in the category “Development of education, culture and sport”.

The competition is being held annually by the online-magazine MMR. This time over 70 projects participated in the competition and winners were selected in two stages: voting of the readers and professional jury.

Support of cultural projects

In 2025 TASCOMBANK became the partner of the exhibition project “Gryvnya. More than money”, organized by the NC “Ukrainian Dim” and NBU. The project opened up the role of the national currency in the history and culture of the country. Following the exhibition, the Bank supported the creation of the art-book.

Volunteering of the bank employees

Employees of the Bank are true heroes of the nowadays, as they are overcoming the limits of their daily duties and select the way of support and help of those who need it. Their stories are the examples of humanity, power of will and compassion. In total, in 2025, TASCOMBANK donated 60 million UAH to support the Defense Forces of Ukraine.

Care about environment and local community

Environmental initiatives is a separate stream of the Bank’s activity. TASCOMBANK is responsible for a defined area in the botanic garden named after O. Fomin for many years and regularly holds dugnads there, involving its team into care for green space of the capital.
