Fifteen students of the Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University who study at the speciality “Statistics” and “Mathematics” have underwent practice at TASCOMBANK. 

During six weeks 2d and 3d year students have practiced their practical skills in 13 departments of the Bank that cover many different streams of work in the financial sphere. 

“There are many different streams and one can follow very different ways. It is very good that we have started this program and we are going to continue it. Such mutual communication is very fruitful for everybody, because we also need fresh and progressive look at the banking processes”, - emphasized the Chairman of the Management Board Volodymyr Dubyey during the summary meeting with students. 

According to the beliefs of the Head of TASCOMBANK, the experience received by the students can contribute not only to their future professional activity, but also to further transformation of the banking sector of Ukraine.  

“We are a single Bank in Europe, at the balance of which except TASCOMBANK there are also working several neobanks – izibank and sportbank. We managed to create the unique platform that allows to effectively develop new fintech projects and our doors are always open for such initiatives. They can focus onto development of their application for online-banking, channels and ways of attraction of clients. And we take care of capital adequacy, compliance with norms and regulator restriction matters and all other matters that can postpone the development of such projects. You cannot get such experience anywhere else in Europe” – underlined Volodymyr Dubyey.

We would like to mark that practice of students of Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University at TASCOMBANK is only one of the streams of profound cooperation of the university and bank. Among the rest, the process of cooperation of two organizations presupposes the special programs of study loans, partnership in terms of renewal of the university buildings that suffered from war, increase of the financial literacy of students and employees of the sphere of education, cooperation in terms of the salary project.
