This Saturday the TASCOMBANK team has united with its co-thinkers and joined the spring сlean-up event in the park named after Maksym Ryl’s’kyi in Golosievo. The initiative gathered employees of the Bank, their families and representatives of the other Ukrainian banks – without official orders and formalities. People gathered, because they care about the environment they live in.

We were working in a very good mood and in our ordinary style: systemically and with attention to the details. We were cleaning the pathways, looking into the most remote corners of the park. It was very pleasant to see the parents with their children as participation of the families in such events forms attentive attitude to nature from the childhood.

The spring clean-up event is a part of the big ESG-initiative that unites employees of the banking sector around the topic of responsible consumption, environmentally friendly outlook and care about the city we live in. TASCOMBANK not only supports this environmentally friendly movement, but also is the initiator and inspirer of such meetings.

On this day our colleagues from “Oshchadbank” JSC, “UNIVERSAL BANK” JSC and “RAIFFEISEN BANK” JSC joined our initiative. The clean-up event was held with support of the municipal association “Kyivzelenbud”.  

The next meeting of the team at the clean-up event is scheduled for May, the 27th, in the Botanic Garden named after academician Oleksandr Fomin, TASCOMBANK JSC takes care about the part of the territory of the garden for many years. Let’s clean-up the Garden before the Day of Kyiv and in such a way let’s celebrate the Day of Banker – by our actual actions, not only words.
