TASCOMBANK continues to systematically work on creating an inclusive banking space. Currently, 52 branches of the Bank have been identified for modernization in accordance with the requirements of state building standards in terms of accessibility to the people with limited mobility.

Development of inclusive infrastructure is one of the main priorities in the strategy of TASCOMBANK that the Bank intends to bring into life in the near future.

“We gradually adapt our branches to ensure that we provide the most comfortable and safe service. We understand that the comfort and support for people with disabilities is our direct responsibility. We wish that every person that visits our branches feels welcome; like they are a long awaited guest and everyone was waiting for their arrival”, — said Volodymyr Dubyey, the Chairman of the Management Board of TASCOMBANK.

Accessible service counters, self-service terminals, lifting platforms and ramps with handrails have been installed in already adapted branches. Navigation is complimented by Braille; yellow tactile tiles are installed for the safe movement of visually impaired people. Special holders for crutches are provided in the service areas.

TASCOMBANK works to ensure that our branches, both in the capital and in the regions, are comfortable and open to all clients without exception.

We hope to see you!
