Holidays are about attention, care and the opportunity to be together.
 
We invited our elderly clients to our branch in the heart of the capital to talk, share useful information and share our warmth and earnest desire to be close.
 
For this meeting to be as informative as possible and to cover topics important to the clients, Valentyna Nykytenko – a member of the Supervisory Board of the Bank, - joined the dialogue. She worked for many years on managerial positions in the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
 
Miss Valentyna talked in a simple and understandable manner about the pension law and important nuances. She also answered some questions that many are concerned about. The talk was lively and very practical.
 
We also talked about:

• banking services and pension card
• safe use of financial products
• cybersecurity and protection against fraud 
• transitioning from one bank to another and bonuses to deposits
