The document was signed by the Chairman of the Management Board of TASCOMBANK, Volodymyr Dubyey, and the rector of the SUTE, Anatolii Mazaraki.

 
Volodymyr Dubyey spoke to the professors, educators and students of Faculty of Finance and Accounting:  “It is an honour for me to speak with the community that shapes the future of Ukrainian banking. At the beginning of the full-scale invasion, we made a strategic decision to support the youth that lives, works and achieves things in Ukraine. Because this is the direction we chose for the Bank – to stay here, invest in Ukraine and support our clients in the development of their businesses“.

 
At present, we already cooperate with 20 different educational institutions all over Ukraine. Our best specialists, heads, top-managers are involved in the mentorship. At the same time, we are open and ready to hear the youth with their fresh ideas and thoughts.

 
We strive to see young interns in each department of TASCOMBANK who see and feel how the bank operates. And that they will stay and work here. I am sure that this synergy can develop into high-quality projects, which will shape the banking system of tomorrow”.

 
The rector of the SUTE, Anatolii Mazaraki, emphasized the importance of shared values: “I am confident that our shared values and desires to develop the youth — the future of the country and banking system — is the key to fruitful cooperation that we will establish today”.

 
Partnership of TASCOMBANK and the SUTE involves: the development of collaborative educational programs; hosting discussion clubs, meetings with students and practicums; and internship.
