TASCOMBANK was recognized by ASDE and USFA for the development of ESG practices

We received the “Certificate of Recognition” from reputable organizations for a responsible approach to the sustainable development. During this year, ESG-stream in TASCOMBANK has strengthened considerably. It is extremely valuable that the teams join social initiatives, often with their families.

The basis of this approach is 7 key principles that define how the Bank works with the business, clients, communities and the environment:

•     industrial development ,
•     innovation and infrastructure,
•     no poverty,
•     good health and well-being,
•     quality education,
•     decent work and economic growth,
•     responsible consumption and production.

These principles manifest themselves in the Bank’s daily operation.

In 2025, TASCOMBANK:

• taught financial literacy at schools, lyceums and universities across the country. The Bank’s ambassadors taught lessons for children of different ages, and top-managers worked with teachers, helping them prepare for teaching financial literacy;
• invested in health, development and team’s spirit by supporting the Judo Federation of Ukraine and the Federation of Basketball of Ukraine, as well as, chess tournaments for adults and children. The sports tournament on the Independence Day at “Misto Sportu” was special for our employees;
• initiated work parties and together with employees and teams from other banks made the space surrounding us a bit cleaner;
• gradually transitioned to paperless;
• cared for elderly by organizing “Retirement hub” and holding heartfelt and helpful meetings at the Bank’s branches all over Ukraine;
• collected used batteries, reminding everyone that responsibility begins with simple everyday actions.

New plans and initiatives are ahead of us. We thank our team that not only supports social projects, but also initiates them themselves.
