The meeting was very warm and positive. Retirement age clients joined the communication with the big interest, they were actively putting questions and were sharing their own experience of the use of banking services.

The initiative of creation of the “Pension Hub” received sincere positive feed-back from the participants and our guests marked the importance of such meetings.

During the meeting we have discussed:

— opportunities of the banking services for pensioners

— utility payments via the mobile application

— valid offers of the bank

Separate attention was paid to the deposit products: terms and conditions of the new deposit offer “New Deposit Spring” were presented to the participants of the venue. Terms and conditions of the deposit provoked a considerable interest and among the guests there have been already found people interested in a new deposit opening.

The meeting was held in a friendly atmosphere of the live dialogue, where everybody could put a question and receive useful information.
