TASCOMBANK develops the initiative “About finance for grown-ups”   which is aimed at adults of the retirement age. The initiative is targeted at helping people to improve their financial skills, protect their funds and use banking services without additional troubles.

Under conditions of war and general instability, the cases of frauds are happening more and more often. In particular, the so-called “calls from the bank” are happening more often, it is a way to get unsanctioned access to clients’ funds. In such situation, support and clear explanations are becoming especially important.

That is why the bank focuses onto simple things and available solutions that can be used in daily life.

The initiative is being realized in the format of meetings at the bank branches on the whole territory of Ukraine. Recently, such meetings were held in Zaporizhzhya, Dnipro, Sumy, Mykolayiv, Bila Tserkva, Kropyvnytskyi, Kharkiv and SAmara.

Initiative has a practical effect. After such meetings, the clients are beginning to use banking products more actively; they are opening pension cards and take more conscious financial decisions.

Heads of regional units are involved into the part of the meetings that gives opportunity to receive the feed-back and to take into consideration the clients’ needs into the future work.

“About finance for grown-ups” forms the stable channel of cooperation with the elderly clients and improves the trust to the bank by means of real benefit and practical solutions. The initiative continues to broaden, involving the new cities and attracting more and more participants.
